Harman and Castle

'We do it this way now Barbara...' Labour Shadow Cabinet Member Harriet Harman admonishes Labour veteran Barbara Castle for speaking out against Labours proposal to link pensions to inflation rather than wages and in the first year of a Labour Government only increasing them them by 50 pence. Castle was a member of the 1945 Labour Government which introduced the welfare state to the UK after the war.
